Master’s degree in management/Engineering/Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or another relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Demonstrated experience in sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, contract management and supplier management.
Good understanding of procurement compliance, internal controls, value-for-money principles and procurement performance indicators.
Experience in procurement planning, market analysis and monitoring of Purchase Orders and procurement pipelines.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret procurement data, identify trends and present findings for management decision-making.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience using procurement or ERP systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different functions and locations.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy, documentation and timely follow-up.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure, including during emergency responses.
Knowledge of international standards related to logistics and procurement.

The Opportunity
The coordinator– Supply Chain is responsible for coordinating and executing procurement of goods, services and works across the Country Office and field offices, ensuring value for money, timely delivery and compliance with Save the Children policies and donor requirements. The role will support strategic procurement planning, implementation of key supply chain initiatives, procurement data analysis, performance monitoring and audit readiness, while ensuring effective procurement support to both development programmes and humanitarian responses.
