Role Description The COO E-commerce Automobile role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end operations for the e-commerce automobile business, including strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management. Daily responsibilities include managing operational workflows, supervising cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, customer service, and technology. The COO will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans, manage budgets, and drive sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience.
