Company Secretary/ Compliance Officer

CORE MANDATE

Lead statutory and corporate compliance across all departments, ensuring strong governance, disciplined documentation, certification readiness, and preparedness for future DSE listing requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage RJSC filings, board and AGM documentation, and statutory registers.
• Coordinate with affiliated legal firms on corporate, regulatory, and statutory matters.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all departments.
• Lead and coordinate the process of obtaining relevant international certifications and compliance standards, including ISO and GAAP-related requirements, for subsidiaries.
• Build and strengthen the governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting framework required for future DSE listing readiness.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Associate Member of ICSB (ACS) or actively pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification or in-training experience in a corporate secretarial function.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

NICE TO HAVE

• Exposure to agribusiness, manufacturing, or family-business-to-corporate transition environments.

DISQUALIFIERS

• No affiliation or involvement with ICSB.
• Unable to provide or explain a genuine corporate filing, statutory registry, or secretarial work sample.
