Role Description The Executive/Sr. Executive, Properties & Legal Affairs is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for managing the company’s property portfolio, including maintaining documentation, tracking ownership and tenancy records, and coordinating property registration, mutation, and renewal processes. The role includes preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and agreements related to land, buildings, leases, licenses, and other real estate matters, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel. The Executive/Sr. Executive will monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations, follow up on legal notices and litigation, and maintain updated files and databases for all property and legal affairs. The position also involves preparing reports for management, supporting audits or inspections, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure risk mitigation and timely resolution of property and legal issues.
