Requirements

A builder: you've started a community, a chapter, a dinner series, or a meetup from nothing — and it outlasted your first month
Strong on event operations: vendors, venues, timelines, budgets — nothing falls through
Organized across channels: you can keep a social calendar on track while juggling multiple cities
At ease with senior executives, ambassadors, and partners — you can hold a table of CEOs and also carry the chairs
Proactive and organized to a fault — you don't wait for a brief
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience building community in more than one LATAM market
Background in event production, hospitality, or experiential marketing
