La Tarte is looking for a passionate Commis-2 – Pastry to support its pastry production team and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Prepare cakes, pastries, desserts, and other pastry items according to standard recipes.
Assist senior chefs in daily production planning and execution.
Ensure consistency in product taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
Perform basic cake decoration, finishing, and plating.
Maintain proper ingredient measurement and portion control.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor ingredient usage and report stock shortages.
Support packing, storage, and dispatch of products to outlets.
Guide and assist Commis-3 team members in daily tasks.
Maintain cleanliness of the factory production area and workstations.
