• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair support for coal-fired power plant mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Identify equipment reliability issues and recommend improvement measures.

• Support maintenance planning, shutdown activities, spare-parts requirements, and technical reporting.

• Ensure maintenance work complies with applicable technical, environmental, and safety requirements.

• Candidates should have practical experience in the installation, operation, or maintenance of coal-fired power generation systems.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.
