Responsibilities & Context

The position will provide operational support for card acquisition, application processing, card enhancement, product upgrade, limit enhancement and customer documentation while coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support card acquisition activities for Branches, Sub-Branches, Imperial Banking and Head Office by coordinating application processing and preparing approval notes for Secondary Card Issuing Offices.
Process card enhancement, product upgradation, limit enhancement and card continuation requests while ensuring compliance with delegated approval authority and Bank policies.
Maintain and update records related to card enhancements, product upgrades and customer documentation for operational accuracy and audit readiness.
Coordinate with sourcing channels, internal stakeholders and customers to facilitate timely review and processing of credit card applications.
Provide operational support to Branches and business units by resolving card-related queries and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with applicable Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
