Call Center Intern
Key Responsibilities
GreenTech Venture works with industrial plants that are shut down, have frequent breakdowns or are inoperative due to obsolete PLC/HMI/drive/controller. We first identify the problem through free initial diagnosis, then provide repair, retrofit, modernization or replacement solutions as needed.
- Making phone calls to various industrial plants in the country following the cold call script provided by the company.
- Professionally speaking to various persons including receptionists, maintenance managers, production managers, factory owners/MDs to find the right informants.
- Collecting leads by verifying whether there are machines with shutdown/breakdown/obsolete controller problems in the factory.
- Collecting WhatsApp numbers from interested companies and sending messages and diagnostic checklists as per the prescribed template.
- Properly recording and reporting the results of each call, lead qualification (HOT/WARM/NURTURE) and necessary information.
- Conduct follow-up calls/messages as per the scheduled schedule.
- Work in coordination with the team leader and technical team.
- Perform other duties as required by the company.
