• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Finance
• Bachelor/Honors

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics, English, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Research Organization

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in business development, Business Promotion, consultancy, proposal preparation, research, NGO/development projects, or a related field.
• Experience in a consulting firm or development-sector organization will be preferred.
• Practical experience in EOI/RFP/tender searching, document preparation, and proposal development will be an advantage.
• Experience in report writing, editing, and documentation will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of business development, promotions, proposal, EOI/RFP processes, and Business consultancy services.
• Strong English writing, report writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and internet-searching skills for identifying relevant business and consultancy opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and professional document formatting.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong attention to detail and document-management skills.

• Strong interest in consultancy and business development and business opportunities.
• Ability to quickly understand ToRs, eligibility criteria, submission requirements, and project scopes.
