Drive B2B, SME, and Corporate Sales operations actively in the assigned areas.
Handle field-based sales operations focusing on Third Party Payroll services.
Identify new business opportunities, pitch services to potential corporate clients and SME business owners, and build long-term professional relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through regular field visits.
💰 Compensation & Remuneration
Total Monthly Remuneration: Up to 28,000 BDT
Salary Breakdown:
Fixed Salary: 12,000 BDT
Conveyance Allowance: 4,000 BDT
KPI Bonus / Incentives: Up to 12,000 BDT (Based on performance)
Salary Review: Yearly
🎓 Educational Requirements
Honors / Equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
👥 Experience & Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (Freshers with strong marketing zeal are also encouraged to apply).
Age: 22 to 40 years.
Exceptional marketing skills, strong negotiation abilities, and excellent customer relationship management.
Willingness to engage in field sales operations.
🕒 Working Hours & Shift
Working Shift: Day Shift (9:00AM to 6:00PM)
