Business Development Manager -Bangladesh

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in sales or business development within FMCG, consumer goods, or a similar fast moving distribution-led industry
• Proven track record of managing distributor networks and delivering sales growth in the Bangladesh market.
• Strong understanding of General Trade and Modern Trade dynamics in Bangladesh.
• Demonstrated experience in Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or channel development is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Bangladesh.
• Fluency in Bangla and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and standard sales reporting/CRM tools.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented, target-driven mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with distributors and trade partners.
• Analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends into actionable plans.
• Effective communication, coaching, and people-management skills.
• High level of ownership, integrity, and self-motivation to work with a degree of independence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple territories and priorities.
