The candidate must be willing to work in any project area of the organization located in Dhaka Division and/or any district of North Bengal.
Probation Period: 06 months (may be extended or reduced based on performance and competency).
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel), typing in both Bangla and English, and internet usage is mandatory.
At the time of joining, the selected candidate must provide a guarantee with two guarantors (mother/father/own brother/sister/closest relative).
At the time of joining, a refundable security deposit of BDT 10,000/- must be submitted, which will be returned with applicable benefits as per organizational policy upon resignation/termination.
The organization reserves the right to transfer the employee to any project area as per its requirement.
