Asst. Manager / Manager - Accounts & Finance

• Finance & Accounting: Lead and supervise all daily finance and accounting operations of the Group, ensuring accurate, timely, and proper accounting records and postings.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS, financial analysis, and other reports required by management.
• Financial Strategy: Formulate and periodically review the Group's financial strategy and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budget guidelines, consolidate the annual Group budget, conduct financial forecasting, and monitor actual performance against approved budgets.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; monitor and optimize Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Banking & L/C Finance: Oversee banking operations, loans, credit facilities, Import/Export and L/C financing, and maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Investment & Business Analysis: Evaluate investment proposals, prepare business cases, conduct financial feasibility studies and due diligence, and provide recommendations to management.
• Costing & Profitability: Prepare product costing, factory order reconciliation, cost analysis, and profitability reports to ensure financial performance of different business units.
• Inventory & Fixed Assets: Establish financial controls over inventory and fixed assets, ensure optimum inventory levels, and maintain an accurate and updated Fixed Asset Register.
• Internal Control & Risk Management: Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, identify financial risks, prevent irregularities, and ensure proper authorization and accountability.
• SOP & Policy: Develop, implement, review, and update Finance & Accounts SOPs, policies, and procedures and ensure proper compliance across the organization.
• Tax, Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation, VAT, financial regulations, and company policies; coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, discipline, and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Management Coordination: Coordinate with HR, Commercial, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Production, Operations, and other departments on financial matters and provide financial guidance to business units.

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information, promote process improvement and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, VAT, Budgeting, Costing, Financial Analysis, L/C, Audit, and Internal Control.
• Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication (verbal & written: English), decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and ability to work under pressure, on demand and meet deadlines.
