Role Description The Assistant Vice President at Shanta Life Insurance is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for supporting strategic leadership and driving business growth across key functions. This position oversees the development and execution of initiatives in areas such as sales, operations, customer experience, and digital transformation, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Vice President collaborates with senior leadership to set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
