Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and long-term supplier relationship development.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Coordinate with departments to forecast demand and procurement planning.
Lead, mentor, and supervise procurement team members.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Drive digital procurement efficiency through SAP/Oracle ERP workflows and maintain complete operational transparency.
Support senior management with data-driven insights, procurement variance reports, and market intelligence.
Negotiate contracts, payment terms (L/C, Credit, TT), and pricing to achieve significant cost savings without compromising material quality.
