3 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration.
Prior experience in a BPO, call center, IT/software company, or another large organization is preferred.
Skills & Expertise
Strong grounding in human resource management, including hiring and training.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets, with basic design skills for job postings and familiarity with AI-based candidate screening tools.
Working knowledge of social media platforms is required; experience in digital marketing or graphic design is an added advantage.
