Assistant Manager - Field Research

Lead and manage nationwide field operations for research projects.

Develop fieldwork plans, timelines, deployment schedules, and budgets.

Recruit, train, and supervise field coordinators, supervisors, and enumerators.

Ensure data quality through monitoring systems and validation procedures.

Coordinate with clients, researchers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Conduct field visits and operational audits.

Oversee questionnaire piloting and field testing.

Prepare operational reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ethical standards, and client requirements.

Support proposal preparation and project planning when required.
