Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency issues.
Strong leadership, negotiation and team-management capability.
Willingness to work in a factory environment and according to operational requirements.

SR Group is seeking a competent, self-driven, and experienced Assistant Manager – Factory Admin to handle human resource, administrative functions, and ensure compliance adhering Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer Codes of Conduct, and organizational policies of the group`s sister concern “SR Chemical Industries Ltd.”.

Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the factory and ensure smooth operational support.
Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies, procedures and disciplinary standards within the factory.
Supervise security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, sanitation and other facility management services.
Maintain a safe, clean, disciplined and employee-friendly factory environment.
Coordinate employee welfare activities, grievances and general workforce issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate manpower requirements and support recruitment, joining, transfer, and separation processes for factory employees.
Coordinate with HR, Production, Maintenance, Accounts, Security and other departments for smooth factory operations.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, overtime, leave and other workforce-related administrative matters.
Monitor contractor/service-provider activities and ensure compliance with agreed standards and requirements.
Assist in organizing employee meetings, training programs, events, welfare activities and engagement initiatives.
Support factory compliance requirements, inspections, audits and documentation.
Prepare regular administrative reports and provide management with updates on manpower, attendance, discipline, welfare, security and facility-related matters.
Handle emergency administrative situations and coordinate necessary actions with concerned departments.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
