Responsibilities:
Build and maintain cordial relationships with customers.
Maintain proactive, polite communication with customers regarding payment schedules, upcoming installments, and outstanding balances.
Monitor installment schedules and ensure timely collection of payments.
Follow up tactfully with customers regarding due and overdue installments.
Maintain payment records and prepare outstanding reports.
Coordinate seamlessly with Accounts, Sales, Legal, and other departments to resolve payment collection and customer issues.
Address customer queries promptly and provide premium support throughout the project lifecycle, including project handover activities.
