Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Sales or Healthcare/Hospital sector.
Experience in hospital/healthcare business development will be preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-management ability.
Target-oriented and proactive mindset.
Good presentation, reporting and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational growth.
Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, referral networks and strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, insurance companies, diagnostic centers, physicians and other stakeholders.
Promote hospital services, packages, specialized healthcare services and corporate healthcare programs.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors, market trends and customer needs.
Coordinate with Marketing, Medical Services, OPD, Nursing and other departments to improve patient acquisition and service utilization.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports and performance updates for management.
Monitor business development targets and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.
Represent the hospital in corporate meetings, events, seminars and promotional activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
