Accounting and Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping and General Ledger, Basic Tax and VAT Compliance, Payroll Processing, Bank Reconciliation, Budgeting and Expense Control, HR Support Basics, MS Excel (Advanced), Accounting Software (such as Tally or ERP).
Communication skills, time management, detail-oriented approach, teamwork, etc.

Responsibilities & Context

Maintain office accounting records, prepare monthly reports, verify bills and invoices, assist with payroll, track monthly expenses, and support basic HR tasks.
