Coordinate transportation routes, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries to customers, distributors, and retail locations.

Negotiate contracts with transportation service providers, ensuring cost-effective solutions and service quality.

Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics and distribution team to achieve operational excellence.

Conduct training and provide performance evaluations to improve team skills and productivity.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and logistics best practices.

Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure high levels of service.

Address and resolve customer complaints regarding delivery, service quality, and logistics issues.

Prepare and manage the logistics and distribution budget, focusing on cost control and optimization.

Analyze distribution costs and implement cost-reduction measures without compromising service quality.

Report logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction, to senior management.

Utilize logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and GPS tracking tools to streamline operations.

Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes through automation, better planning, and process optimization.

Introduce new technologies and tools to enhance distribution efficiency and reduce operational costs.
