About the Role

The Branch In-charge is responsible for the overall operation and business growth of a BlueNet Branch. The role combines team management, technical operations, sales, customer service, inventory and financial control. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Branch and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Branch operations and lead the Branch team.
• Supervise FTTH/FTTX, Optical Fiber and ODN operations and maintenance.
• Plan and monitor Technician activities and network fault resolution.
• Drive Customer growth, sales, revenue and retention.
• Ensure quality Customer service and timely complaint resolution.
• Manage Branch inventory, ODN resources and asset recovery/re-use.
• Control Branch expenses and maintain financial discipline.
• Manage recruitment, attendance, discipline and team productivity.
• Coordinate with Head Office and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 days per week

Occasional availability may be required for urgent operational or Customer issues.
