Relevant professional experience in business development, tendering, consultancy services, or EOI/proposal preparation will be preferred.
Experience in preparing and submitting documents through e-GP and other international procurement /development platforms will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and report-writing skills will be preferred.
Prepare and coordinate national Tender, Expression of Interest (EOI), and Proposal documents for both manual and e-GP submissions.
Prepare Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Project Proposals (PPs) for international development projects through various donor and procurement platforms.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with international and local consultants, experts, consulting firms, and consortium/JV partners.
Coordinate with internal departments and project teams to ensure the timely preparation and submission of tenders, EOIs, and proposals.
Assist in planning and implementing business development and marketing strategies to support the company’s business growth.
Maintain regular communication and liaison with clients, development partners, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings, discussions, and business development activities as required.
Conduct preliminary review and assessment of new project opportunities and support the preparation of relevant bidding documents.
