Job Context
We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Assistant Chemist (Paints Tinting Machine Expert) to manage Tinting Machine operations, colour matching, shade formulation and related technical activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Paints Tinting Machine and dispensing system efficiently.
- Perform colour matching, shade formulation and shade correction.
- Conduct machine calibration, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage colourants, base paints, shade formulas and colour database.
- Support new shade development and ensure colour accuracy and consistency.
- Provide technical support for Tinting Machine installation, operation and troubleshooting at dealer/customer locations.
- Maintain shade formulas, technical records and machine performance reports.
- Coordinate with R&D and Sales & Marketing teams for technical support.
- Perform any other tasks/duties assigned by the management.
