Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Experience in (FMCG & Bulk) like as Drinking Water, Atta, Maida, Suzi, Red Lentil (Bulk & Consumer) Salt, Mustard Oil, Soyabean Oil, Super Palm Olin, Sugar, etc. will be given preference.
- Open new distribution channels for the sales & business growth.
- Achieve daily, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly sales target.
- Prepared and Implement the strategic plant to ensure sales growth.
- Visit distributor points regularly in order to check stock.
- Monitoring competitor’s activities regular pricing and market condition report to management.
- Work closely with marketing officers in the market.
- Find out outlets & markets that are out of coverage and ensure 100% coverage in the territory.
- Discover sales opportunities through whole sales party, consumer and customer research.
- Communication with key customers frequently via physical presence, telephone calls and emails.
- Prepared and Submit sales reports to the management.
- Ensure accountability by motivating training to subordinates
