Architect/Coordinating Architect-Architecture Department

We are a leading company providing real estate, land development and interior-related services to our valued customers. We are seeking ideal candidates for the post of Architect/Coordinating Architect who are self-motivated and skilled in creating the finest architectural designs for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings (Specially interior design & details).
• Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing and as per recent market value of product.
• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
• Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and data flow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders including clients.
• Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
• Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
