Air Ticket Reservation & Sales Officer (Online And Offline)

Search, compare and identify competitive international and domestic airfares.

Handle GDS-based reservation, PNR creation, fare calculation and ticketing.

Accurately calculate airfare, taxes, markup/profit and final selling price.

Handle reissue, refund, cancellation, void and related airline procedures.

Check and communicate fare rules, baggage allowance, ticket validity, penalties and restrictions.

Respond quickly to client ticketing queries and quotation requests.

Follow up quotations, bookings, payments, ticket issuance and after-sales requirements.

Generate ticket sales through own personal, corporate, B2B and existing client network.

Develop new B2C, corporate and B2B ticketing relationships.

Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, IATA partners and suppliers.

Maintain daily records of quotations, sales, cancellations, outstanding payments and profit.

Achieve assigned monthly ticketing and sales targets and support business growth.
