Position- AI Solutions Engineer – Business Development & Automation

Job Context

NGEN IT LIMITED is looking for an energetic and technically interested AI Solutions Engineer who can learn, demonstrate, market, sell and implement AI & Automation solutions for local and international customers.

This is not a traditional sales-only job. The person should be interested in both technology and business—understanding customer problems, proposing AI/automation solutions, demonstrating them, helping close deals and participating in implementation and support.

Fresh graduates with strong practical AI skills and learning ability are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and practically use modern AI tools, automation platforms and business productivity solutions.

• Develop skills from basic AI prompting → workflows → automation → integration → implementation.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AI/automation solutions.

• Prepare demos, proposals, presentations and basic proof-of-concepts.

• Communicate with potential customers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, meetings and demonstrations.

• Generate leads and develop business in Bangladesh and international markets.

• Follow up opportunities and support deal closing.

• Implement/configure AI tools and automation solutions for customers.

• Coordinate with developers for API, software or custom integration when required.

• Support recurring customers and subscription-based services.

• Develop internal office automation for CRM, reporting, email, research, proposals, documents, sales and other repetitive processes.

• Maintain CRM, customer communication and regular activity reports.

We Are Looking For

• Graduate / final-year student in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, EEE, MIS or related field.

• Basic or intermediate practical knowledge of AI tools and automation.

• Interest in ChatGPT/LLMs, workflow automation, APIs, no-code/low-code tools and software integration.

• Ability to understand business problems and explain technical solutions simply.

• Good English communication, presentation and online research ability.

• Self-learning attitude and willingness to continuously explore new AI tools.

• Programming/API/automation/CRM experience will be an advantage.

• Candidates who are interested only in fixed routine office work may not be suitable for this position.

Compensation & Earning Opportunity

The position follows a performance and value-sharing model.

• Initial 6-Month Business Development Retainer: approximately BDT 7,000–10,000/month, depending on capability.

• Deal Closing Commission: approximately 1%–2% on eligible successfully closed and realised business.

• Recurring Technical Service Share: approximately 3% of applicable service profit for eligible recurring/subscription customers, subject to realised customer payment and company policy.

• Technical / Implementation Payment: Additional payment may be provided for substantial implementation, configuration, automation or development work performed by the employee.

• Opportunity to earn from local as well as international customers and projects.

A capable person who can bring business + implement solutions + maintain customers can therefore earn significantly more than the basic retainer.

Initial 6-Month Development Period

During the first six months, performance will mainly be evaluated on:

• AI & automation learning, Practical technical capability

• Lead generation and customer communication

• Proposal and demonstration ability, Implementation capability

• Deal contribution, Customer support, Initiative, reporting and responsibility
