Iris Fabrics Ltd. is a locally registered and 100% export oriented composite knitted fabrics and readymade garments industries in Bangladesh, looking for an experienced General Manager/AGM – Dyeing & Finishing for its production line.
Working experience across knit dyeing, exhaust dyeing, and dyeing & finishing management in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Proven track record of leading large-scale production operations above 30,000 kg/day, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and driving sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Expertise spans reactive, vat, disperse, direct, acid, cationic, and sulfur dyeing across fiber and garment substrates.
