R.A.Z Properties is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executives to promote our real estate projects, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and passionate about sales. Key Responsibilities Generate new sales leads through various channels. Contact and follow up with prospective clients. Conduct property presentations and site visits. Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate and close sales deals. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
