The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales process. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Schedule meetings and property visits. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Follow up with leads and previous customers. Coordinate between clients and the sales team. Handle customer complaints professionally. Maintain accurate client records. Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the buying process.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Honors, 8 Pass Bachelor/Honors, SSC
Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Friendly and professional attitude. Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace). Experience in customer service is an advantage.
