SEACAH 2026 is the The 2nd Southeast Asian Conference on Arts & Humanities (SEACAH2027), a humanities conference. It takes place on 15 February 2027 in Bangkok, Thailand. Full papers were due 21 August 2026.

The Southeast Asian Conference on Arts & Humanities (SEACAH2026)
Held in partnership with the IAFOR Research Centre at the Osaka School of International Public Policy (OSIPP) at Osaka University, Japan and our global partners, and supported by the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau, the inaugural Southeast Asian Conference on Arts and Humanities (SEACAH2026) conference will be held alongside The Southeast Asian Conference on Education (SEACE2026), now in its sixth year.
Submissions are organised into the following streams:
Arts: Teaching and Learning the Arts Arts Policy, Management and Advocacy Arts Theory and Criticism Social, Political and Community Agendas in the Arts Visual Arts Practices Performing Arts Practices: Theater, Dance, Music Literary Arts Practices Media Arts Practices: Television, Multimedia, Digital, Online and Other New Media Other Arts

Topics of interest
Before you submit
- Read the full call for papers — page limits, template (IEEE, ACM, LNCS …) and whether review is double-blind.
- Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
- At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
- Look for student travel grants and volunteer programmes — most large conferences run both, with deadlines soon after notification.
