About this course

Below the BCS cadres lies a much larger recruitment landscape: **non-cadre first- and second-class posts** recruited by the Public Service Commission, and thousands of posts filled directly by ministries, directorates, autonomous bodies and corporations. Collectively these advertise far more vacancies each year than the BCS does. They share one decisive feature: **almost identical syllabuses**.
