About this course
Two papers in the BCS written examination cover this ground: **Bangladesh Affairs (200 marks)** and **International Affairs (100 marks)**. Together they are worth 300 of the 900 marks in the general cadre written examination — the largest single body of content in the examination. Unlike the preliminary paper, these papers reward **structure and evidence**, not recall alone. An answer that names the relevant Article, scheme, treaty or institution and organises the material into visible sections will consistently outscore a longer answer of general statements. This course organises the syllabus into twenty answerable sections, each with the framework for a written answer. Use it as a map: read the lesson, then write one full answer on a past question from that area before moving on.
