3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM platform.2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including creating and/or customizing applications and platform functionality.3+ years of experience working with one or more programming or scripting languages, preferably JavaScript.Experience developing or supporting ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or similar technologies.Experience creating technical documentation and maintaining development and configuration documentation.Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.Federal government or government contracting experience is preferred.
