<ul><li>Master’s with four years Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration with specialization in Accounting. </li><li>Professional certifications such as CA(CC), ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent will be considered an added advantage.</li><li> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, preferably within NGOs or donor‑funded projects. </li><li>Experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance with donor regulations. </li><li>Familiarity with procurement, grants management, and project financial monitoring. </li></ul>

Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Work Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies <ul><li>Master’s degree with four years honors course in Social Science, Social Work, Development Studies, or any relevant discipline from any recognized university.</li><li>Minimum 7 years’ experience in Community/Social mobilization; NGO; project cycle, management; developing work plans/reports for donor-supported projects in humanitarian and/or development settings.</li><li>A sound understanding of gender and gender-based violence in the Bangladesh/ Rohingya Camp context, as well as a good understanding of the stakeholder landscape at the local level.</li></ul>
