Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience required (7–10 years preferred), with at least 3–5 years in a national/nationwide sales leadership role.Industry Background: Experience preferably in lubricant, automotive, FMCG, or petroleum/energy industry.Track Record: Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.Network Management: Demonstrated experience managing distributor networks and leading multi-regional sales teams.Business Acumen: Strong analytical, negotiation, and business planning skills.Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
