An MBA or Advanced Commercial Masters is highly preferred.Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Demonstrated mastery in large-scale strategic procurement, vendor contract negotiation, and international/local supplier network management.Commercial Acumen & Budgeting: Strong background in managing multi-million project budgets, profit margin optimization, financial modeling, and commercial proposal creation.Technical & Site Execution Acumen: Ability to read architectural drawings, understand technical project specifications, and harmonize site engineering with commercial goals.
8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain management, or commercial strategy.Industry Background: Proven track record within Turnkey interior/architectural solutions, Construction, Building Materials, or Real Estate industries.
