Master of Science (MSc) in Anthropology Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies <ul><li>MSS/MSc in Social Science, Psychology, Anthropology or Gender Studies/Development Studies or any relevant discipline from any recognized university. </li><li>Knowledge of the situation of Rohingya women and girls in the camps in Cox’s Bazar is an asset.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Mukti Cox’s Bazar and IOM humanitarian/development programming and operations, including both human-rights based and survivor-centered approaches.</li><li>Knowledge of GBVIMS+/Primero will be considered an added advantage.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Gender Studies, Psychology, Law, Development Studies, or related field from any recognized University.</li><li>Training or certification in GBV prevention, community mobilization, or participatory facilitation methods is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of humanitarian principles, protection standards, and safeguarding policies preferred. </li></ul>
Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Work Master of Social Science (MSS) in Gender Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies Master of Science (MSc) in Anthropology Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology Master of Social Science (MSS) in Sociology <ul><li>Master's degree Social Science / Social Work/Gender / Women & Gender Studies/Development Studies/Anthropology / Sociology/Psychology / Management or relevant discipline from any recognized university.</li><li>Preferred Additional Training: on Certificate/training on GBV Case Management, Psychological First Aid (PFA), GBV Guiding Principles & Survivor-Centred Approach, PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), and GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS), Basic Project Cycle Management (PCM) or M&E training.</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Master’s with four years Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration with specialization in Accounting. </p></li><li><p>Professional certifications such as CA(CC), ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent will be considered an added advantage.</p></li><li><p> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, preferably within NGOs or donor‑funded projects. </p></li><li><p>Experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance with donor regulations. </p></li><li><p>Familiarity with procurement, grants management, and project financial monitoring. </p></li></ul>
Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Work Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies <ul><li>Master’s degree with four years honors course in Social Science, Social Work, Development Studies, or any relevant discipline from any recognized university.</li><li>Minimum 7 years’ experience in Community/Social mobilization; NGO; project cycle, management; developing work plans/reports for donor-supported projects in humanitarian and/or development settings.</li><li>A sound understanding of gender and gender-based violence in the Bangladesh/ Rohingya Camp context, as well as a good understanding of the stakeholder landscape at the local level.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Master’s with four years honours degree in Social Science, Social Work, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Anthropology, Community Development or another relevant discipline from any recognized university.</li><li>Understanding of gender, GBV prevention, social norms and community mobilization approaches.</li><li>Experience in NGO/INGO or humanitarian programme implementation.</li><li>Experience in documentation, activity reporting and monitoring will be an advantage.</li><li>Experience working with SASA! Together or similar community mobilization approaches will be an advantage.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Social work, Gender Studies, Law, Development Studies, or related field from any recognized university.</li><li>Specialized training in GBV case management, humanitarian protection, or safeguarding is highly desirable.</li><li>Certification in project management, monitoring & evaluation, or leadership development is an added advantage.</li></ul>
