Bachelor's / Honors Degree in any discipline (Engineering/Technical or Science degrees preferred).Total Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in factory management or plant operations.Industry Background: Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Oxygen Plant operations. Background in Oxygen Plants, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), or Light & Heavy Industry.Technical Knowledge: Deep, practical understanding of Oxygen plant sector/industry dynamics, along with working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized university is highly preferred.Additional Degree: MBA in Marketing, Management, or a related business discipline will be an added advantage.Overall Experience: 12–15 years of solid experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medicine industry.Senior Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in a senior managerial position such as General Manager, DGM, Head of Sales & Marketing, Sales Director, or Business Unit Head.Track Record: Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding pharmaceutical sales targets.Field Leadership: Strong experience managing large field forces and nationwide pharmaceutical sales operations.
Master of Business Studies (MBS) in AccountingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in AccountingCA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification required.
Educational background is flexible. Practical experience, real estate market domain knowledge, and a strong sales track record will be given top priority over formal degrees.
