5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing planning, marketing strategy or marketing programme management, either client-side or in an agency.Demonstrated experience turning business priorities and performance data into plans, trade-off scenarios and marketing recommendations.Experience orchestrating 360° campaigns in a matrix environment, working with local teams, central teams and agencies.Strong understanding of the main marketing levers, their contribution to business and brand objectives, and the French market.Success MeasuresOne integrated 360° France marketing plan, aligned with business priorities and recognised as the reference point by local and central teams.Data-driven recommendations and trade-off decisions based on expected impact and available capacity.Clear campaign objectives and KPIs, with results analysed and applied to future plans.Coherent 360° campaigns delivered without major surprises and with risks anticipated.Local execution that contributes to Deliveroo France’s marketing and business objectives.Clear stakeholder visibility on priorities, risks, decisions and results.Why This Role?This role offers unique exposure to Deliveroo France’s strategic marketing challenges, working directly with local leadership and central functional teams.
