Zonal Manager - Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute zonal sales and marketing plans.

Identify new customers, projects, investors, industries, factories, dealers, and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant Target Groups (TG) and decision-makers.

Generate new leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

Promote and sell industrial machinery, equipment, and technology solutions.

Conduct customer visits, meetings, site visits, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Develop and maintain a strong local customer/prospect database.

Maintain sales pipeline, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking.

Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, customer demand, and market trends.

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Coordinate with Technical, Accounts, Management, and other departments for smooth sales execution.

Follow up on customer payments and support the collection process.

Achieve assigned Sales, Collection, KPI, and Business Development targets.

Prepare regular sales, customer visit, market intelligence, and performance reports.

Continuously expand the company’s customer base and market coverage within the assigned zone.
