Job Responsibilities
Assist the management in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company`s market presence.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and provide guidance to the sales team.
