We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Family Vacation & Theme Park Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning family-friendly vacations, including theme park trips, resort stays, and customized travel experiences.

You’ll research destinations, prepare quotes, and coordinate itineraries to ensure each trip is well-organized and tailored to the needs of families. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organization, and delivering excellent customer service.

Research and recommend family vacation options, including theme parks, resorts, and activities
Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries
Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and answer general inquiries
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and special requests
Maintain accurate client records, reservations, and travel documentation
Provide professional, timely service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable client experience
