Responsibilities & Context
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh BEPZA Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer codes.
Manage workers' grievances as per BEPZA labor laws with a view to reducing them.
Conduct regular counselling sessions for workers to resolve personal or workplace concerns.
Motivate workers to achieve the production target.
Support & assist for induction, orientation program for newly recruited employees, and various types of awareness programs as per buyer requirements also maintain all training files.
Facilitate necessary treatments for pregnant workers in close collaboration with medical doctors.
Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facilities, drinking water, etc.
Prepare monthly reports on welfare activities and training programs for submitting to the Management.
Conduct meeting of PC, Health & Safety, Canteen Committee, Anti-Harassment & Environment as per legal requirements and report to Management on its findings.
Maintain accurate welfare records (maternity benefits, leave records, counseling documents, etc.)
Liaise between workers and management to maintain industrial harmony.
Able to face various types of Compliance audits.
Any other task assigned by the management.
