Worker Welfare

• Ensure employee welfare facilities are properly maintained and accessible.
• Handle workers' welfare-related complaints, grievances, and requests.
• Maintain regular communication with workers and management to resolve workplace issues.
• Promote a positive and respectful working environment.

Grievance & Employee Relations

• Receive and investigate workers' complaints and grievances.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain confidential records of grievances and corrective actions.
• Support disciplinary and counseling processes when required.
