Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of employee welfare activities and facilities.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with workers and management.
- Receive, investigate, and resolve workers’ grievances and complaints in coordination with management.
- Conduct worker counselling and awareness sessions on workplace rules, health & safety, welfare, discipline, and other relevant matters.
- Support worker-management communication and maintain a positive industrial relations environment.
- Coordinate welfare-related activities, including worker engagement, welfare programs, awareness sessions, and employee support services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules, and customer/social compliance requirements related to worker welfare.
- Maintain necessary welfare-related records, registers, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Compliance, Medical, Safety, and other relevant departments regarding worker welfare issues.
- Support internal, customer, and third-party compliance audits as required.
