Website & Social Media Content Administrator (ICT Officer)

Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director (ED), BAPI

Bangladesh Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (BAPI) invites applications from dynamic, self-motivated, creative, and technically competent professionals for the position of Website & Social Media Content Administrator (ICT Officer).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Association's official website, social media platforms, digital communications, and ICT support services while ensuring timely publication of bilingual (Bangla and English) content and maintaining a secure, reliable, and professional digital presence.

Employment Status:

• Full-Time (Probation period of six months, followed by confirmation based on satisfactory performance).

The selected candidate will be responsible for

Website Administration:

• Independently administer, maintain, and update the official BAPI website.
• Upload and edit website content in Bangla and English.
• Publish news, notices, press releases, policy papers, reports, publications, circulars, and event information.
• Coordinate with website developers and hosting providers whenever required.

Social Media Management:

• Manage BAPI's official Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and communication plans.
• Design and publish professional digital campaigns.
• Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to online queries.
• Increase followers, engagement, and digital visibility.
• Prepare monthly analytics and performance reports.

Digital Content Development:

• Prepare, edit, and publish high-quality bilingual (Bangla and English) content.
• Develop newsletters, event announcements, brochures, banners, infographics, and short promotional videos.
• Maintain consistency in branding and communication across all digital platforms.
• Archive digital publications and multimedia resources.

ICT Support:

• Troubleshoot website, email, and basic ICT-related problems.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 and official email services.
• Coordinate with internet, hosting, and IT service providers.
• Maintain ICT documentation related to website operations.
